Bride Asks Her 89-Year-Old Grandmother To Be Her Bridesmaid As She Rocks The Show

                           

 At the of 89, Elizabeth Govern known as Nana Betty (as family calls her)  is fast winning the heart of the nation after acting as her granddaughter’s bridesmaid. She was asked by her granddaughter Christine to be one of her four bridesmaids because they’re BFFs and by the looks of things she stole the show.

The granny believed that bridesmaids are not only for the younger ones... she flouts at the event and her pictures has gone viral.  It was recorded that Christine pleaded to her grandmother 10 times before she accepted the to take the job.

Christine, hails from Pennsylvania according to Huff Post.

Christine says her granny was the life and soul of the party – which, judging by this pics, we have no problem believing.

“She had the entire wedding party laughing with her words of wisdom and funny comments throughout the day.”

Nana Betty told her granddaughter that she loved the day, saying, “You’re only as old as you feel and I feel young today.”
