Despite the warning and restrictions by the Lagos State Government these men of Lagos State Transport Management Authority (LASTMA) will not hear word. Maybe Lagosians will be arresting them now.
Imagine this scene pictured above happened this morning in Marina. A LASTMA official forcing himself
into a commercial bus while the bus was in motion. Are these men alright at all or are all these method of arrest given to them as training? It baffles me because I'm a special Marshal, I didnt get such training and its not humanly and constitutionally correct. I love FRSC joor....descent people indeed!!!
