Election Gists

The D-Day is here. 2015 general election in Nigeria. Accreditation is ongoing and its moving on well. People really came out en  Mass to vote. But INEC officials were not in  some polling centres while some places they arrived late. As I'm writing Shibiri area in Lagos don't have any INEC officials. Most troubling issues we noticed was that most card readers were malfunctioning as its not reading the Fingers but the cards. We later noticed that most of these card users can't use the machine and protective nylon in the machine were not removed.
We also gathered that the card reader did not read GEJ and his wife's card and finger.
From Jega's INEC office, reporters, journalists are right there but still waiting for Jega to address them. Security is very tight there. There a military securities, police,  Civil Defense etc.  INEC advised that where card reader failed to read a voter's finger print twice, he/she will fill an incident form and will be allowed to vote.
Also INEC website has been hacked and reporters cannot access information at the moment. Na waa ooo imagine  no electoral officers & materials in some places. 
Security is very tight everywhere as voters turnout is very impressive.
