31 states has been declared so far. APC has 13,760,747 votes as against PDP 10,866,249 votes. This means that APC is ahead of PDP with 2,894,498 votes. Only 5 states remain - Sokoto, Taraba, Borno, Edo and Delta. The commission took a 10minutes break.
