104 Studends Bags First Class At Covenant University

                              
The Vice-Chancellor of  Covenant University, in Ota, Ogun State, Prof. Charles Ayo, has announced  to the media on Wednesday  that it would graduate a total of 1, 315 students, with 104 bagging First Class Degree.   He made briefing ahead of the institution’s 10th convocation. which is scheduled for Friday June 26, 2015, although activities and programs for the convocation has kicked off yesterday Wednesday June 24, 2015.
Ayo said that the event was for the award of first and higher degrees in various disciplines in the institution.  He said that of the 1,315 students, 610 others would be graduating in the Second Class Upper Division, while 510 will be graduating in the Second Class Lower Division. According to him, a total of 91 others would be graduating in the Third Class Division.  The don said that the institution would also be graduating a total of 135 postgraduate students during the ceremony.

He said that the number of this year’s first class graduates was an improvement on the 82 the institution produced at the 2014 convocation.  What a great university with brilliant scholars!!
